Delete your HTG account

Request deletion of your Housey The Game account. For your security, you must verify control of the mobile number registered to your account.

What happens when you request deletion?

Your account is scheduled for deletion and will be automatically deleted after 14 days.
To undo the request, sign in to HTG with the same account within 14 days to cancel the pending deletion.
Once deletion is completed, you may lose access to your profile, game history, leaderboard information, Gems and other account features.
Some records may be retained where required by law or for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or transaction-record obligations, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Security: Never share your OTP. It is used to verify your identity before submitting the deletion request.

Request account deletion

Enter your registered mobile number, verify the OTP, then confirm the deletion request. The request is sent to the HTG API after successful verification.

Enter the mobile number registered with HTG.

Verify identity

Enter the OTP received on your phone.

Confirm deletion

Your 14-day cancellation period begins.

Cancel a pending deletion

Sign in to HTG with the same account within 14 days of your request to cancel pending deletion. If you cannot sign in or the request remains pending, contact HTG support promptly.
