This Privacy Policy explains how AspireEdge Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use HTG — Housey The Game (“HTG” or the “App”).
1. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, the App may process information such as your mobile number and OTP sign-in data, profile name and email, profile image, account identifier, game and contest activity, Gem and purchase transaction records, subscription status, device and notification tokens, diagnostic logs, and information supplied when you contact support. Advertising, analytics and payment providers may collect information as described in their own policies.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, operate games and private rooms, maintain Gem balances and transaction records, process purchases and subscriptions, deliver notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, diagnose errors, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments
Payments, if enabled, are processed through the payment provider presented in the App. We may receive order, payment status and transaction references. We do not intend to store full payment-card credentials on our own servers. Review the payment provider’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
4. Advertising and analytics
The App may use advertising or analytics services, including rewarded advertisements where available. Such providers may process device identifiers, ad interaction events or diagnostic information. The final published policy must name the actual SDKs/providers used and link to their current privacy policies.
5. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate the App, when you choose to share a private game code or profile, where required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, transaction records, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Children and age requirements
HTG is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law or the relevant store policies. The app owner must set and enforce the correct age requirements and parental-consent process, if applicable. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information. You can manage device permissions and notification settings through your device. To request account/data deletion or ask a privacy question, contact us using the details below. Applicable legal and transaction-retention requirements may affect what can be deleted.
9. International processing
Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.
